Darjon Wine Distribution is a “Sister Company” exclusively representing small but top level privately owned New Zealand wineries carefully selected over many years using a strict set of criteria. The wines are marketed throughout the South Island to leading Restaurants and Specialist Retailers This extended corporate/family relationship ensures that all wines listed on the Darjon Venue Beverages Menu are of the highest quality and lowest possible price.
Darjon provides friendly attentive and personal guest services by trained waiters caring for all your needs with a smile. Hospitality Training and Consultancy Services is another Darjon “Sister Company” responsible for the ongoing training of the Darjon Team, ensuring the highest level of service is consistently achieved. Darjon is a Hospitality Training Provider registered with the New Zealand Hospitality Standards Institute (NZHSI) and works to “staff to guest” ratios substantially lower than standard NZ hospitality industry levels. Darjon Beverage service is conducted by waiters serving to guest’s orders at all times, utilising the most appropriate glassware. The placing of wine bottles table centre or the service of beer in bottles are not Darjon options.
